As is the general practice in commercial photography, David Egan Photography retains ownership and copyright of all images. However, David is very liberal regarding usage rights. All that is required for publishing images in print or electronically is photography credit (Photo: David Egan Photography). Most artists have no thought of reselling the images in any way, so that aspect is not an issue. Duplicate slides are no problem at all: David is happy to have the custom commercial photo lab that he uses make your duplicate slides, but you are free to use any lab that you wish.

When the job is done David Egan Photography provides a signed copyright release for your use in obtaining duplicate slides and/or printed materials.
